We provide services to diverse markets through our rental properties and the public spaces developed under our establishment, currently managing more than 100 units worldwide. This journey began with Mr. Essukunju, the late father of Mr. Ansari, who once rented a small portion of his shop to a tea stall — an idea that helped cover his monthly electricity and rent expenses.
Inspired by his father’s vision, Mr. Ansari expanded this legacy by building rental units across Kerala and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He continues to uphold his father’s belief: “It’s not just another source of income, but an opportunity and an experience we offer to others to flourish.”
